The rules for using KeebVault.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KeebVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies or guidelines referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Use of the service

You may use KeebVault only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you submit, and any activity that occurs through your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use KeebVault in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Accounts and content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to KeebVault. By uploading or posting content, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to the content you upload, including photos, text, and any materials you choose to share publicly.

You are also responsible for reviewing your uploads before posting them and for avoiding the inclusion of sensitive information or personal identity markers, such as payment card details, government identifiers, street addresses, phone numbers, private documents, travel records, or other information that could create physical or digital security risks if exposed.

Photos and other media uploaded to KeebVault must be primarily related to mechanical keyboards or closely related collection items represented on the platform. You may not use KeebVault to host unrelated image galleries, general-purpose file dumps, or content that does not match the item being documented.

You may not upload, post, or share illegal content; sexual or exploitative content; graphic violence; hateful or harassing imagery; content involving minors in unsafe or unlawful contexts; infringing content; or material that otherwise creates safety, legal, or moderation risk for KeebVault, its users, or the public.

By voluntarily uploading content to KeebVault, you assume all physical and digital security risks associated with the information you choose to include in that content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeebVault is not liable for inadvertent exposure of personal identity markers or other sensitive information contained in user-submitted photos, screenshots, scans, or files.

Content moderation and reporting

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that we believe violate these terms, applicable law, or the safety of the service. We may act on user reports, automated signals, manual review, or requests from rights holders or legal authorities.

Public content may be reported by viewers through the service. By using KeebVault, you acknowledge that we may investigate reports, request additional information, remove content pending review, or permanently suspend access for serious or repeated violations.

If we reasonably believe content involves illegal activity, exploitation, credible threats, or other serious harm, we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

Paid plans and billing

Certain features of KeebVault may require a paid subscription. Pricing, feature limits, billing intervals, and renewal terms will be described at the point of purchase or within the app. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your subscription, except where the law requires otherwise.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to KeebVault if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is no longer commercially or operationally practical. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

KeebVault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, KeebVault and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the revised terms, updating the effective date, or using other appropriate communication methods.
