This release marks our major public showcase update! We’ve revamped public detail pages with high-impact gallery layouts and grouped spec placards, refreshed pricing and plan limits for larger collections, streamlined collection data importing, introduced dedicated designer tracking, and resolved crucial backend database permissions.

* Granular Child Kit Tracking (v0.11.12) * You can now track individual child kits within a keyset, complete with explicit kit types, optional base kit designations, and kit-level keyboard assignments. This allows you to accurately document when a base kit and its child kits are split across completely different boards. * Expanded Kit Metadata (v0.11.12) * Keyset kits now feature dedicated fields for material, legends, location, color, and procurement. When creating a new kit, these fields will automatically default from the parent keyset overview to save you typing. * Enhanced Keyset Imports (v0.11.12) * The CSV/data importer has been updated to fully support keycap colors, procurement details, child kit fields, and kit-level keyboard assignments right out of the gate.

* Active Keyboard Glow (v0.11.10) * Active keyboards now feature an "in-use" indicator for Enthusiast tier users and up, giving keyboards a soft green glow in Gallery Mode and highlighting the keyboard name in List Mode. * Brand Fields & Migration (v0.11.10) * Keyboard gallery cards and public profiles now properly display and sort by the "Keyboard Brand" field, officially replacing the legacy manufacturer field.

📱 Dashboard & Accessibility Updates

* Mobile Navigation Improvements (v0.11.11) * Substantially upgraded the mobile dashboard navigation dialog for keyboard-driven and assistive users. Opening the menu now properly shifts focus inside, locks focus within the menu loop while tabbing, supports closing via the Escape key, and cleanly returns focus to the menu trigger upon closing.

💎 Subscription & Tier Adjustments

* Tier Pricing Reduction (v0.11.10) * We have reduced the Collector tier pricing from $9/mo down to $7/mo.

Version 0.11.4 — July 10, 2026

This release introduces a series of organization and tracking improvements for your keysets, switches, and keyboards. We’ve also enhanced security guardrails and fixed minor accessibility bugs to keep KeebVault robust and reliable.

* Discord Server * We now have a KeebVault server that's open to the public (at least when we make the app non invite only). You can find the invite link in Settings->Support.

🗂️ Keyset, Switch & Brand Tracking

* Keyset Allocation Statuses * In Gallery Mode, keysets now feature a subtle Red/Green circle indicator to show at a glance whether they are currently allocated to a keyboard. * In List Mode, a dedicated new column has been added to display exactly which keyboard a keyset is currently assigned to. * Loose Switch Counter * Switch tracking gets a minor layout boost: the total count of loose switches is now clearly displayed in the bottom right corner of each switch card while browsing in Gallery Mode. * Keyboard Brand Support * Form fields have been expanded to include an optional "Keyboard Brand" property during creation and editing.

🔗 Interface & Quality of Life Polish

* Clickable Commission VODs * Commission VOD link labels are now fully interactive. When a VOD URL is present, clicking the label opens the saved link directly in a new browser tab right from the keyboard’s Procurement tab. * Accessibility Fix for Mobile Nav * Fixed an issue with the responsive landing-page navigation where the signup CTA lacked a stable accessible label, ensuring assistive technologies and automated tests properly resolve the button's text.

This release brings a major update to our subscription plans, introducing revised pricing and tiered limits to help us sustainably scale KeebVault. Alongside these plan updates, we’ve also introduced social features, streamlined item organization, and squashed a few bugs.

* Revised Pricing Tiers * Based on current usage, I've noticed people do not upload as many pics as I thought, and neither do I. Rethinking my pricing strategy as I've been maybe a little too cautious. Updated pricing for our paid plans: Daily Driver is now $2/mo, Enthusiast is $5/mo, and Collector is $9/mo. * New Keyboard & Item Limits * Adjusted the maximum number of items allowed per tier. Free accounts now support 5 keyboards. Daily Driver allows 10 keyboards and 50 total items, while Enthusiast supports up to 150 total items. Total limits are now strictly enforced during keyboard creation and imports. * Updated Photo Allocation * Image limits have been adjusted across tiers. Free users can upload 1 image, Daily Driver supports 3 gallery images, and Enthusiast/Collector tiers support 5 gallery images.

👥 Social & Following

* Follow Public Vaults * You can now follow other users' public vaults directly from their profile header. * New Following Dashboard * Added a dedicated "Following" page to your private dashboard so you can easily see a clean list of the names and profile pictures of the vaults you follow. * Follower Counts & Privacy * Added an optional public follower count to profiles. A new setting allows you to easily hide this count if you prefer to keep it private.

🗂️ Sorting & Form Polish

* Alphabetical Keyboard Dropdowns * Finding the right board just got easier. Keyboard selection dropdowns across all allocation and association forms are now sorted alphabetically by vendor/manufacturer, and then by name.

This update is mostly focused on polish, stability, and behind-the-scenes cleanup. A lot of the work here is not flashy on purpose: it should simply make KeebVault feel smoother, more reliable, and easier to use across different devices.

* Separate Commission Details * The Procurement tab now cleanly separates boards you own from boards you are tracking as commissions. You can log commission dates, customer names, VOD links, notes, commission type flags, review arrangement details, and whether the keyboard should be included in your keyboard stats. * Clearer Acquisition Types * Keyboard procurement now uses mutually exclusive Owned and Commission toggles, making it easier to classify each board without mixing purchase details and commission details together.

* Track What’s In Use * Keyboards now have a Usage tab with an In Use toggle, session timestamps, and active time tracking, so you can keep a clearer record of which boards are currently seeing desk time. *(Huge shoutout to CoolPenguin1 for suggesting this feature!)* * Premium Usage History * Paid-tier users can also view longest-session details and usage history, making it easier to look back at how different boards rotate through a collection.

🎨 Dropdown Contrast

* Readable Native Menus in Dark Mode * Fixed an issue where native dropdown menus could render with low-contrast text and backgrounds in dark mode on Edge and other browsers. *(Reported by toepoppr and Shades, with a big hint from Nebulant.)*
